Employee Sale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your purchase. By making your purchase, you confirm that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  • The promotion applies to watches, accessories & bags (“Products”), and the Products will be sold at a special price as displayed (“Special Price”). All special prices are final prices and inclusive of VAT.
  • No other special discount, promotion or offer (including but not limited to Corporate Cards, Skywards miles) may be availed in conjunction with the Promotion.
  • There is no limit to the number of orders/transactions that can be made for each employee.
  • Please note delivery charges are applied based on the quantity of items i.e. AED 20 applies for every 5 products (Watches or/and Jewellery) purchased.
  • All deliveries will be completed within 10 to 14 working days from the date of purchase. 
  • Please provide only your home address within UAE for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and any unforeseen circumstances.
  • The delivery service provider will be complete an Emirates ID verification for all orders. This is to ensure that the package is delivered to the correct person.
  • All products included in the promotion are sold on an 'as is' basis. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.
  • For battery related issues please visit any EDIT by Ahmed Seddiqi store.
  • The Seller offers a limited warranty (“Warranty”) covering manufacturing defects for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of invoice. If a warranty period is specified on the product details page, then the product is covered for the full duration mentioned there (e.g., 2-3 years). During the Warranty period, you may submit a Warranty claim as follows:
      • In the first 2 (two) weeks from the date of delivery of the Product, through https://employee.byedit.com. If the Seller accepts the return, it will deliver a replacement Product to you within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned Product. If a replacement Product is unavailable, you will receive a refund.
      • Following the expiry of the initial two-week period, please liaise directly with any EDIT by Ahmed Seddiqi store in the UAE.
  • In each case, The Seller reserves the right to inspect the returned Product(s) and, before accepting any warranty claim, verify that the reported issue is a genuine manufacturing defect. No other warranties or guarantees are offered on the Products.
